Tendering Opportunity

This is the Private Tendering Opportunity within the private sector. Deep Work Studios is looking for a reliable and capable builder for a long-term partnership for procuring a large-scale project on Crystal Mountain Ski Resort (map below). This is an open tendering procedure that allows any business to bid for the opportunity to deliver the contract. The following tendering procedure will allow any builder/manufacturer to bid for their contract. The process is this:

Step 1: An ITT is released

Any prospective supplier can respond to this Tendering Opportunity by submitting the form down below. In the interest of maintaining good governance with future partners, we’re asking that anyone closely involved with this project signs an NDA. It is simply about following a process of good governance.

If qualified, the ITT with detailed specifications and requirements will be emailed to the requester. After reviewing, each manufacturer is encouraged to submit their tender responses that they believe sell their business.

Step 2: The contract is awarded

After evaluating the bidder’s responses, we will award the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT). Deep Work Studios will place an evaluation weighting on the prices quoted vs the quality of the written responses. We might also require additional information from the potential manufacturer.
